Smoke/soot damage, Letts, Iowa

SERVPRO fo Burlington was called to this fire loss in Letts, Iowa and we were very quick to respond.  These photos show a porch connected to the kitchen where there was a small kitchen fire.  This home not only had heavy smoke and odor from the fire, but also there was a lot of nicotine use and the home was covered heavily in nicotine.  The homeowner's had a short stay in a motel while we cleaned this home top to bottom.  The after picture shows the room after the cleaning, sealing, and painting.  The home owner was extremely pleased.
