Soot damage on a pitcher, Southeastern Iowa

This pitcher came from the same house that the shelf up above did. This pitcher was also meticulously cleaned by our professional technicians in a multiple step process. First, this pitcher was put into our ultrasonic machine which is much like the same machine that cleans jewelry. It starts with a pre-soak to make it a little easier to clean in the next couple steps. After the pre-soak, it stays in the ultrasonic machine but goes into a solution that is a little more concentrated where our technician then uses a soft brush to clean it. Lastly, we use a product that helps shine it up and makes it ready for the customer to use when returned.
